Ten of Swords

The Ten of Swords represents an inevitable ending and utter despair. This card signifies the "victim" mentality. It's time for an attitude change; you were at bottom but that can change.

This is the card of despair, mental anguish, ruin and pain. It usually represents an end of something because of treachery, backstabbing, and/or misfortune. The loss seems particularly bad because you didn't see it coming and it takes away something you were counting on.

Underlying animosity of the past leads to an all-out offensive. Strife and division in the community. Unfortunate event sparks major conflict. A showdown. A class of ideas.
But this does signal the worst is over. It is time to give up on a lost cause and get on with life.

Reverse - Overcoming a revolt. Retaining your position. Having an advantage over an opponent. Evading disaster. Improvement. Things are in your favor temporarily.
