Need: One
or two black candles, a red candle, a white candle, an egg and music
(optional).
Light up
a black candle or two.
Say a passage that may
help you rid of any anger or frustration you have.
Take an egg and hold
it the way you see it come in egg containers.
Out loud say the words
" Anger I throw you away"
And smash the egg down
on the ground.
After doing that, light
a red and white candle, and say Serenenity and Peace spell.
Meditate to music if
you want, or without music.
Do this daily before
you go to bed, so when you wake up you may feel refreshed and ready
to take on another days worth of any pain if any. It's something
to help make life easier, I find at least.
