Being of the impoverished persuasion, what I have is an attractive acrylic imitation. And it's a good deal too delicate at 6 mm (faceted) to qualify as huge. But inquiring minds want to know: how do you get amber and jet to eff? I mean, if they would reliably eff in captivity, they might be less expensive. I mean, look at coathangers; the promiscuous little bastards are dirt cheap because you can't *stop* them from effing late at night in the closet.

No, I'm afraid amber and jet are simply... well... ineffable.
