The Planets
The word "planet"
is Greek for "traveler." Astrologically speaking, any
body which moves across the sky is a planet; thus for astrological
purposes, the Sun and Moon are also planets (though technically
they are luminaries).
The planets represent
a need you have. It is the "What?" or the noun of our
equation. When linked with the sign and the house, it tells you
where that need is and how to fulfill it.
